We believe every great idea deserves a chance. The Community Launch Program provides pro bono branding and digital services to rural entrepreneurs and community organizations who qualify.
What the Program Offers
Each year, Modern Systems Studio selects 2–3 applicants to receive fully pro bono services. That means real, professional work,the same quality as our paid projects,at no charge.
This isn't a discount program or a reduced-scope offering. Selected participants receive the full service they apply for, completed with the same care and attention as every other project.
Logo Design
Custom logo with files ready to use across print and digital.
Branding Package
Logo, colors, fonts, business card, and a one-page brand guide.
Starter Website
A mobile-friendly website up to 3 pages, built and ready to launch.
Marketing Materials
Flyers, business cards, or event materials to help you promote your work.
Eligibility
The program is designed for people who have a real idea, a genuine need, and limited financial resources to get started.
Rural Location
You live or operate in a rural area and may lack access to traditional marketing or technology resources.
Income-Based Need
The cost of professional services is a genuine barrier for you right now, not just a preference.
Small Business or Nonprofit
You're a solo entrepreneur, a small business just getting started, or a community organization serving others.
Ready to Participate
You're prepared to communicate, give feedback, and follow through on completing the project.
The Process
The application is intentionally short. No lengthy forms, no committee review.
Select "Community Launch Program" as your project type and tell us about your business, your situation, and what you need. A few sentences is enough.
Applications are reviewed personally. We look at your story, your need, and how the work could genuinely help you move forward. We respond to everyone who applies.
2–3 projects are selected each year. If you're chosen, we'll reach out directly to discuss your project and get started.
Your project is handled with the same care as every paid project. You give feedback, we revise, and we deliver something you're proud of.
A Few Things to Know
Only 2–3 projects are accepted per year. If you don't hear back right away, it may mean slots are currently full,not that your application wasn't considered.
This program is not a substitute for paid services. It exists for people who genuinely cannot afford them, not as a way to get a discount.
Participation requires your involvement. You'll need to respond to messages, give feedback on drafts, and see the project through to completion.
